आज काल प्रत्येक व्यक्ती а¤Ўа¤ѕа¤Їа¤џ कॉन्शिअस असते. आपण काय खातो किती आणि कधी खातो यावर बारकाईने लक्ष ठेवून फिट राहण्याचा प्रयत्न प्रत्येक а¤ња¤Ј करत असतो.
